Ginny comes to DiVito Realty with a diversified background in business and management. For 25 years she had owned and operated her own portrait business, SaltMarsh Photography, earning numerous awards and becoming one of the South Shores most sought after photographers.Ginny grew up in a real estate family so it was an easy transition. Her dad was a custom home builder and her mom, a broker. Her easy going nature and solid negotiation skills assist her in providing a high level of service to both buyers and sellers.
In addition to that, Ginny is a Mass. certified residential appraiser. Her appraisal background and knowing property valuation, lends itself directly to sales and her ability to assist sellers in pricing their property correctly.
Ginny holds a degree from Bridgewater State University. She is an active member of the Wareham-New Bedford Lodge of Elks #73, and Past President of the Wareham Business and Professional Women’s Club. Ginny is an active volunteer in the community and loves travel. She enjoys her family and friends and resides in Onset with her husband, Bill and Jazz, their little rescue poodle.
