A South Shore resident for over 18 years, Kate joins DiVito Realty with 9 years experience as a residential real estate appraiser. This experience has enabled Kate to offer her clients a realistic opinion of value and pricing in this current market. Passionate about nature and the environment, Kate has also been designing and maintaining landscape and gardens on the South Shore. She is also involved with volunteer based organizations within the community including Wellspring and the Carousel's Secret Garden Tour.
Kate, her husband Craig and their two sons Thomas and Michael live on a "mini farm" in Hull with a dog, cat, chickens and bees. She spends her free time at the beach and in their organic vegetable, flower and herb gardens.
